Some Learning Centre emails are sent immediately, while others are sent closer to the training date.
For example:
- Account or password verification emails are usually sent straight away.
- Workshop enrolment acknowledgements are usually sent straight away.
- Workshop confirmation emails may not be sent until approximately one week before the training date.
If you have not received an email
- Check your Junk, Spam or Trash folder.
- Mark emails from qcmhltraining@health.qld.gov.au as Not Junk or add the address to your accepted contacts.
- Close and reopen your email application to allow it to synchronise.
- Check your Learning Centre profile and make sure your email address is correct and up to date.

The Learning Centre will first review your application to confirm that you meet the eligibility and entry requirements. Once approved, a Confirmation of Enrolment will be sent to you by email.
