What do I do if I haven’t received my notification/confirmation email?

There are many immediate automated notifications that should appear in your inbox straight away (for example, profile/password creation verification, and workshop enrolment acknowledgment) however other emails such as a workshop confirmation are not sent until approximately 1 week prior to a training event.

If your notification email has not arrived in your inbox please check your junk/trash email folder, you may need to accept qcmhltraining@health.qld.gov.au as an ‘accepted’ contact (or mark as Not Junk). Alternatively close your email application and reopen to allow it to synchronise.

Please also check your profile to ensure email address remains current and it is free of errors.

If an email is still not received after trying all these options (or the email in your profile requires updating), please contact the support desk during business hours (0437 630 311) or email the helpdesk for assistance.
