I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

    You can reset your password using the email address linked to your Learning Centre account.

    Steps to reset your password

    1. On the Sign in page, click Forgot username or password?
    2. Enter the email address registered to your account, then click Search.
    3. If your email address is found, a password reset email will be sent to you. Click Continue.
    4. Check your email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

    Note: You must have access to your registered email address to reset your password.

    Before resetting your password, you may also want to check that Caps Lock is off, as passwords are case-sensitive.
