Can I create/access my account from home?

You can, however our system will not accept generic email domains such as hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc.

If you have a Queensland Health/QAS email, you will need to create your account profile in the workplace unless you have remote access to your Queensland Health/QAS email inbox. The final step in creating your profile involves verifying your password, therefore immediate access to this email is imperative or you won’t make any progress.

Important: Your email address is your username. If your Queensland Health/QAS email is not included in your account profile you will be prompted for payment upon accessing any of our courses.

If you are unable to access your work email from home, please contact the support desk during business hours (0437 630 311) to verify the account manually. You will then be able to access training.

For new starters, please note your email needs to exist in the Queensland Health/QAS system to apply.
