As above, note that generic email domains such as hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc are not accepted by our system. If you have a professional workplace email or tertiary education domain, please use this to create your account profile. Many mental health services (NGOs and other government services) and tertiary education facility domains are already recognised by our system which means you will experience a more streamlined process.
If you don’t have access to one of the above, you will be prompted to complete a ‘supported learner profile request’ form. This form will collect all details required to support manual profile creation. Please note this process takes longer as it can only be conducted during business hours and at times requires that additional information is requested from you to assess suitability of your request.
Reminder: Learning Centre training is designed for mental health professionals. We receive many requests to access training from individuals for which our courses are outside scope of practice and not suitable, therefore suitability assessments may be routinely conducted.
