I have completed the MHA refresher course, but my certificate still shows the old/wrong date.

    1. Go to the course page
      https://www.qcmhl.qld.edu.au/course/view.php?id=68
    2. Click on the Assessment section
    3. Select Re-attempt quiz
    4. Complete and pass the quiz with 24/24
    5. Navigate to the Certificate section
    6. Download your updated certificate
