Health Act 2016 (MHA 2016) training for authorised doctors,
psychiatrists and mental health practitioners is available via the Learning
Centre's course menu. Under the Courses tab
click Find courses.
Next type MHA2016 in
the search courses bar and click Go to
view the options. Select the course relevant to your needs.

administration of the act refer to you local Mental Health Act delegate or
visit the Mental Health Act 2016 website. Please note the Learning Centre does
not administer the act and are unable to answer any questions regarding it’s
