What happens to the data?

At the Learning Centre, we have research and evaluation positions dedicated to receiving, storing, and understanding your feedback. All of your confidential responses are kept safe according to privacy standards. To match your responses, we use the unique ID you generate, as well as a random numerical user ID generated by the system. Your feedback stays within the Learning Centre and will not be sent back to your employer. So please, be honest and constructive.

After we have processed your feedback, it is provided to the educators, to ensure they understand their strengths and work on areas for improvement. We publish your data as aggregated descriptive and inferential statistics in our annual report, as well as various other reports we produce throughout the year to determine the efficacy of our programs. Aggregated data is also sent annually to each HHS, so that the Executive Directors can see how much training the workforce has completed and how the training is performing.
