Certificates for completed courses are accessible as a downloadable pdf file on the relevant course page.
Note:
- All components of a course must be completed for the certificate to be accessible - includes pre and post training evaluations.
- Certificates are not automatically issued, you will receive notification when is available (ie workshop attendance has been captured).
- For decommissioned courses (those with a ‘D’ code) certificates are no longer accessible if it has been more than 6 months from the decommissioning date. All learners are advised to access and save their certificate prior to this occurring. You may still access a record in the form of a downloadable report in your Record of Learning, My courses tab – look for the Export button at the bottom of the page.
- For training completed prior to July 2017 certificates are no longer available. You may however request verification of your course attendance and the course date by emailing qcmhltraining@health.qld.gov.au.
