I’m registered but I can’t log in (e.g. ‘invalid login’ error message)

Check that you are using the correct email and/or password. If you have moved to a new workplace, your login username might still be reflective of your previous workplace email.

Next consider if you have actually created a profile in our system – Note: Learning Centre profiles have no connection to Novell logins or local your local LOL/training platform.

For profile/account verification or profile updates, please contact the support desk during business hours (0437 630 311) or email the helpdesk for assistance. Alternatively follow the prompts to create a profile from the login screen if you have determined you don’t already have one.
