I can’t access my certificate?

If you have just completed a course, try refreshing your browser (or log out and log in again).

Carefully check the course page to ensure all components of the course are showing as complete (a green tick). You may need to go back and complete something that was missed.

If the course has been decommissioned, certificates are no longer accessible. If it has been more than 2 years since completing the decommissioned course a refresher in the latest version is recommended.
